Some cosmonauts call the moment of returning to Earth a "second birth": after landing, they need time to get used to walking on a hard surface and recover physically. One needs a clock for this, one for a day.

The most difficult part of landing is not even the moment of contact with the Earth, but the entry into the dense layers of the atmosphere, when the cosmonaut experiences overloads of inhibition, that is, negative acceleration. After returning, all astronauts experience severity in the body, someone passes quickly, others hold up. After landing, I developed vestibular disorders, when I shake my head, and you feel nauseous. For cosmonauts, it quickly passes - a day, two, and all. They get used to the Earth quickly.

When returning to Earth, space explorers should take precautions.

1)The zoo animals live in caplivity. Sitting in the cells. They have no opportunity to get food by hunting. They are fed. And in the wildlife Park, the animals are left to them selves. They produce their own food. They are free.
2) In zoos  animals are kept to make money on them, and in the reserves for the preservation of the species.
5) In the reserves for animals to live better, because that`s where they live withaut cages and there they do not disturd people.
