Everyone of us has a hobby and i am not an an exception. My hobby is playing table tennis. I have been playing it for 7 years. This hobby is not popular in my country, but it is an olimpic kind of sport and a lot of peolple spend their life on it. 
There I need a special little balle, a table with a net, some rockets and an opponent. We need to throw over the net and the opponent should not catch it.
 I play with my friends and we make some home competitions with my neighbours. It is cool to see who is the best player. There i am fond of the rush of win and training my reaction.

2. Progressive. For example, Past Continuous - I was doing my homework when you called (Я делал домашнюю работу, когда ты позвонил). 
Действие имеет длительный характер (Я делал домашнюю работу какое-то время) в прошлом в определённый момент времени (когда ты позвонил)
3. Present Perfect - He has played (Он играл).
Время, связанное непосредственно с настоящим. В прошлом он начал играть и закончил только сейчас.
